A huge milestone for Remedy Robotics as we introduce the Remedy N1 System and announce its successful completion of the world’s first fully remote neurointerventional procedures.

Every day, thousands lose their lives or suffer lifelong disability from cardiovascular emergencies - stroke, heart attack, or internal bleeding - simply because specialist care isn’t within reach. The Remedy N1 System was built to change that. By combining proprietary hardware with world-class, AI-enabled software, the N1 seeks to deliver faster, safer, and more effective interventions to patient whether they are across the room or across the globe.

With Dr. Vitor Mendes Pereira and his team at Unity Health Toronto, we’ve demonstrated this potential in real-world conditions. Using the Remedy N1, Dr. Pereira successfully performed complete neurointerventional procedures entirely robotically and remotely, operating from St. Joseph’s Health Centre while patients were at St. Michael’s Hospital across Toronto. Most notably, these procedures required no bedside interventionist - a groundbreaking first for the field.

This achievement is the result of extraordinary teamwork at Remedy and the invaluable contributions of our partner clinicians and institutions. Together, we are building a platform to transform cardiovascular care worldwide. Next, we move with urgency toward pivotal clinical trials and expanding across the full spectrum of conditions the N1 was designed to treat. We’re just getting started.

The Remedy N1 System remains under development and is not yet available for sale. Please contact us if you would like more information in relation to the N1 system or trials.
